The Aspen is the most versatile home in the Boulder Creek collection. Same 1,620 square feet as the Willow, but with a completely different layout — one that's designed around flexibility.

In its standard 3-bedroom configuration, you get a dedicated work-from-home space (7' x 8'-10") and a flex room (6'-6" x 11'-7") that can serve as a home office, playroom, or formal dining room. Need a 4th bedroom instead? The work-from-home space converts to a full bedroom (11'-9" x 9'-5") with its own closet.

The living room at 14'-4" x 14'-2" connects directly to the kitchen and a dining nook. The kitchen is the same high-end package as every Boulder Creek home: farmhouse sink, solid surface counters, Samsung stainless appliances, and a large island. But the Aspen also offers an optional butler's pantry — additional shelving and counter space between the kitchen and flex room.

The primary bedroom (12'-9" x 10'-4") has its own full bath with double vanity and solid surface shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are each 9' x 14'-2" and share a hall bath. The Aspen is CrossMod certified, which means it qualifies for conventional mortgage financing — the same rates and terms as a site-built home.
