“At Southwest Homes, we offer modern, energy-efficient, and affordable factory-built homes for every budget and install them with our in-house construction team. From permits to keys in hand, we handle it all for you!”

Today’s Manufactured Homes are Faster and More Affordable Without Sacrificing Construction Quality.

Faster Build

When compared to a site-built or modular home, manufactured homes have faster build times by at least 6 months or more. Our normal build time from permits to keys in hand ranges from 6 to 8 months. This means you will be in your home at least 6 months to a year faster than a site-built home.

More Affordable

Southwest Homes is excited to offer homes that meet your budget. Our homes have a base price between $85 and $110 per square foot. Our in-house construction will also save you on the installation of your home. Overall, you will save between $100 and $300K on your home compared to a site-built home.

Customizable

We offer over 300 models to choose from, but it doesn’t stop there. We can customize your home to meet the needs of you and your family. We can move walls, bathrooms, add a porch, pantry, or whatever you need. If you’d like to know if it can be done, just ask; most likely the answer will be yes.

Quality Build

Today’s custom-built manufactured homes are built to a rigid HUD standard and completed in a controlled environment using the same building materials and methods as a site-built home. From the windows to the walls, the roof to the flooring, you’ll be pleased with the quality of each home we build.

Construction / Installation

Your home is built in a factory, but what happens after that? In our standard service area, Southwest Homes is unique in that, as a general contractor, we can also handle all of your permitting, installation, and construction in-house by our own construction team. We manage every aspect from beginning to end for you, no matter what the needs are. saving you time, headaches, and money. We work with your city or county on the permitting and planning, do all the site prep and utility work, and as a licensed HUD contractor, we’ll set your home according to their rigid standards. We can even build you a garage, fencing, patios, or whatever you need. Contact me today to get a site evaluation scheduled at your property, which will enable us to get you an exact construction estimate on your project.

Our Standard Service Area

We cover the entire region from Seligman to Flagstaff, Congress to Payson, and all points in between with our in-house construction and installation services. If you are somewhat outside of that range, we can deliver your home, assist you in finding a contractor for the site work, and then visit you at the end to “set your home.” Give me a call right now if you’re unsure if your lot is in our service area.

We can also deliver a home to SoCal, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico and anywhere outside our standard service area in Arizona.

Land Info

Do you own your land? We will do a site evaluation at your property to check utilities, space plan where your home will be set, check for easements and the delivery logistics, and work with you on any special requirements. All of this information allows us to provide you with an exact estimate for your construction and installation. Call for details or to schedule a site evaluation.

Are you trying to find land? There are numerous crucial elements, including flood zones, water, electricity, and zoning. Contact me with any questions about purchasing land. And if you’re in the greater Prescott area, I’m happy to assist you in finding your perfect lot.

Financing Info

If you are financing your home or your land/home package, we can help point you in the right direction. Manufactured homes are able to be financed with the most of the same types of loans that site-built homes do. FHA, Fannie Mae, VA, Conventional, and even USDA loans are all available. The only difference is that your loan will be a “construction to permanent loan” and will be a standard mortgage at the end. We have several lender referrals for you that understand this unique process.

Most lenders might not be able to accomplish this, so for more information and some referrals, please give me a call anytime to talk about your financing needs.
